I wanted to inform you that I am unable to get into the chat room.  I am receiving the error message from java:
Error : Several Java virtual machines running in the same process; Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded

I am currently going through multiple steps to try and fix this error and will continue to try and open the chat room.  If others are also having this problem, you can go to www.java.com and click on help.  There are error messages listed that will give you the step by step process in correcting error.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Love and Prayers,
Carla

UGH! I am still not able to get the chat room window to open. Does anyone else have any suggestions that worked for you with this type of error message?

I will keep trying some different things, just wanted to update you all!

Carla,
I'm sitting here with an IT person. He recognizes this error, and says you need to contatc the site host ans ask them to restart the JVM(java vertual machine), and then ask them why there are JVM issues. There isn't anything you can do from your machine to fix this issue.

I work in an IT environment...so pass on any questions of a technical nature to me and I'll see what I can do to find you answers.

Hope this helps!! (Sorry if it's too late...just saw this today!)
