im 19 and 12 weeks pregnant, i already have an eleven month old lil boy and hes dad cheating on me through my pregnancy and we have a very volitile relationship when it comes to our son!

my new partner is nice but we have only been together 5 months althoough we were friends for a long time he was happy when we found out i was pregnant but i have my doubts about the relationship and whether i will cope with another baby as i wanted to go back to college this september and do a higher access to social work in!

i really dont know what do i have an appointment at the abortion clinic wednesday and just dont know whether to have one as i know it wil be hard and dont know whether im making the right decision!

please someone help have no where else to turn!!

You have much weighing on your heart and mind. First off, love, you do not have to keep that appointment. All of the options before you have lifelong implications. None of the options before you is easy. Before you keep your abortion appointment I would advise you to locate a pregnancy center near you where you will be able to sit and talk with someone who is not emotionally involved in your situation. Sometimes just talking while someone listens is enough for you to sort it out. You can find a pregnancy center near you at wwww.optionline.org.
The advocates there can help you clearly understand your options before you follow through with any one of them.

Take a look at the information on fetal development and on post abortion syndrome. You need information to make an informed decision. It may very be that it will be assumed that you have thought through this decision before you get to the abortion clinic and they will not be allowing you more time to think or reconsider. Please do that today.

My own abortion was 26 years ago and it is with me still. It is not something you will forget or that will undo your pregnancy as though it never happened. Many of us who have had abortions have emotional and spiritual struggles of living with abortion. Some of us have physical difficulties as well. It is by God's grace that we carry on.
