hi, i need ur help, i found out 4weeks ago that i was preg, when i told my now ex partner he went mad n z i had planned it, which i never. he tried to break my arm. i went to the police n he is n big trouble. i dnt kno wat to do about the baby whether to carry on with my pregnancy. the babies father is beggin me to drop charges against him, he z he will leave me alone if i do. plz help me im alone and scared.

March of 2009 is the 20th anniversary of being strangled and beat until I passed out. We had just picked out my dress for the engagement. I still have one of the scars in my tongue, and the pictures of the beating. To this day I won't like people to touch my neck.

I would file a portective order to protect you and the baby, In my state it is a Class B Felony to cause a woman to loose the baby, 6- 20 years. There are adopting parents what would help you unitl you have the baby in a protective home. Listen to the police and get in touch with the National Domestic Violence Center where you live, they are awesome. They would be able to help with the protective orders. Please stay away from him if he has hurt you in anyway. Love doesn't have to hurt. If you need help finding some of the sites on the web, post and I will help you find them.
