I had an abortion about 4 months ago. I went in for the checkup afterwards and they told me everything turned out just fine. I then have been on birth control now for about 3 months. Latley I have been having terrible cramps in my abdominal area and pains in my vagina. (I am not on my period or about to start it) They last for about an hour or more some days...Does anyone know what this could be from?

you need to go back to the doctor and get checked again. You might have scar tissue that is causing you pain. Better to get a doctor's opinion then continue till it gets worse.
