I haven't been on these boards since it's been updated. Looks great ladies.
Some of you may remember me from the other board, Emmy or Emily. I have been tested repeatedly these past few months, from husband problems (trying to make it work, but doesn't seem to be happening), I wrecked my car Dec 8 with my daughter, back and neck problems resulting from that, we've decided to divorce. All of this has been in the last month. I only have my dad's support, and ONE friend outside of my dad. Sadly, since last Feb, my mom has taken my husbands side over mine. SHe turned her back on me. and it's broken my heart. I saw her in the store today, and she walked right past me. Not sure if she didn't recognize me, or if she was just ignoring me? I have lost 25 lbs since I last saw her in Oct. So it's possible she just didn't know it was me?
Have any of you heard about the girl that was missing from Marshall U in Huntington WV? Leah Hickman? Well if you have, I grew up with her and her sister Jessica. We went to school and church together since we were little. Pretty sure was found dead yesterday (also my 27th birthday). My grandmother is having a breakdown because of her death.
So far, 2007 has been very trying on my family. I'm hoping 2008 is more productive and happier for us. Please remember us and Leah's family as we are all facing challenges.
